The fact of the matter is that when I eat healthier, the whole family eats healthier. Even though I do most of my 'bad' eating in the evenings after they're in bed, I'm the one who does the grocery shopping and the majority of the cooking. If I'm focused on being healthy, it affects what the whole family eats.
Setting a good example is also important to my children's health. They'll do what they see, right?
