Well, I kinda hate to admit it, but this whole posting what I eat thing actually worked. I'm glad because I'm finally back on track and saw a good loss this week, but I'm not glad because it means that I will keep posting what I ate. It's certainly not sustainable in that I'll be posting my food diary everyday for the rest of my life, but it's given me a good push and that extra motivation that I needed.
That's down 4.6 pounds this week.
I'm feeling like my old, successful self again. Now to get past this 169 wall that I haven't been able to crack.
6 weigh ins until our big trip. Can I make 160? It'll be tough, but I'll give it a shot.
