Right now, I feel like I'd like to eat. Something yummy and definitely not healthy.

Instead, I should drag my sorry butt downstairs to the treadmill.

I'm gonna go exercise, now.

And since I've said it, I guess I'd better do it.

    What are you doing on the treadmill when you go these days? Just curious. I had been doing the couch to 5k but then I stopped doing it regularily and now when (if) I get on the treadmill, I don't know what to do, and I usually end up just speed walking.

    I really need to get back at it too.
