Down 4.1 lb this morning.
I'm thinking that my 2 lb gain last week wasn't a 'fat' gain because when I stepped on the scale the next day I was down 3 lb. So...that's kinda weird. But fine with me. Whatever...
The important thing? I'm back in the 180's. Outta the 190's hopefully forever this time. I'm just relieved that I avoided hitting 200. That would have been a real psychological blow. And I would have had NO clothes that fit.
Now I'm going in the right direction again thanks to my friend Colleen who challenged me to make June a completely OP month. At first I was not interested. Nope...I did not want to do it. However, as the day progressed, I warmed up to the idea and by the end of the day, I had entered into a contest with her and her sister to see who can do the best this month. So, I'm hoping June will be a jump start into what NEEDS to be my default setting. So far, so good. What I do know is that were it not for that and the need for me to be honest...I would never have stayed on track all week.
I figure I'm about 10 lbs away from fitting into last summer's clothes. Luckily for me it's been super cold so far this spring, so I haven't even wanted to wear them. There's still hope for not being stuck in jeans all summer.
