Happy Birthday to Me

Well, I turned 31 yesterday...and had a wonderful day. I'm so grateful to my little family for making me feel so special. Here I am in my PJ's...was like Christmas morning. I slept in and then I just HAD to open my presents...



Willem's quite fascinated with St. Patrick's day right now. So I got some St. Patrick's jewelry and some green body wash. The body wash I kinda needed, but since we have bar soap...I haven't been buying it. I kinda hinted that I could use some. I'm looking forward to having a shower.



Here are the lovely flowers I received from my thoughtful husband - Orange Gerber's, my favorite. I also got a great big package of card stock for Scrapbooking from him. Due to a major hint I dropped. So, I did well.

We had pizza for supper. My mom came over and brought a bottle of wine. Homemade by my dad. Was yummy. Here's my cake. My guys made it for me. I'd say my hubby's got some decorating talent, hey? He used a cool little pan I was given that has a bunch of little pieces that fit together to make the butterfly. Didn't have to cut the cake, just pulled it apart.

And this is just a cool shot I took of Finn. I wanted to take a picture of her hair all done up in her cute little clip...but you can see her eyes in the mirror.

I wanted to show her little dress off. Isn't it sweet?

I had a great day.

This is the best documented birthday of mine since...well...I was probably a kid. Feels nice to want to be in pictures again. Even better to not mind showing them off.

Here's to my 32nd year and making goal weight in it.
