Bad? Totally blew my points over the last couple days.
Could be worse? I didn't feel sick from eating cake and icing the past couple days.
Bad? Not keeping up with my exercise goals.
Could be worse? I just got off the treadmill for a half hour of walking instead of cleaning up the kitchen, which is what I'd really like to be doing and will be when I finish this post.
Conclusion? I'm not rockin' it, but I'm still doing soooo much better than I would have been last year at this time.

I just listened to you on the radio - you did great!! :o) It was nice to hear your voices again too! The dj sure did a good job of portraying over the radio how cute Finleigh is! I just wish I could have seen her smiles he was talking about.
