Well, my weigh in this morning was down 0.1 lb. So, in essence, I stayed the same (STS). Which, if I'm honest, is good considering how I ate at the beginning of the week. However, that's a measurement over 2 weeks, which isn't a stellar showing.
I also did not get in all my AP's either. Not that 21 AP's is anything to sneeze at. Seriously...21 AP's? That's AWESOME. But it wasn't my goal and it was lower than the couple weeks before.
Today, however, is a new day and the beginning of a new week. I have a fresh batch of flex points that I'm determined to be responsible with this week. And my kids slept for me this morning, so I did not feel guilty spending my time on the treadmill...which earned my 5 AP's this morning.
When I started this journey, I had really expected that I could probably make goal by my one year mark (June 27th). I could have too if I'd have stayed completely on plan all the way through. But I haven't and that's okay because I've still lost 80+ pounds in a year and that's nothing to sneeze at. And the thing is, this is a lifestyle change...so if it takes longer...it gives me more time to solidify my new way of thinking. Plus, perhaps my skin will have a bit more time to recover and bounce back/firm up/tighten. And heck, 80 lbs in 50 weeks? That's still 1.6 lbs per week. Exactly where I should be. So no regrets as I push on.
21.1 pounds to go to make it to my coveted 150 pounds.
