Christmas is just around the corner. It's December...which means there's a lot to do. Including Christmas baking...which can be, well, you know.
But I'm not going to think about Christmas baking this week. That can be next week's project...or maybe even the week after.
This week...I must get back on track. I've gained much too much weight. It amazes me how quickly it can come back. I've edged back into the 180's. How does one gain 15 pounds in less than a month? I'm hoping that there's some water weight in there. I guess if I can lose 5 pounds in a week, I can gain 15 pounds in a month. Pfft.
Thankfully, most of my clothes still fit reasonable comfortably. I knew I was up, but I didn't think I'd gone this far.
So, my goal for this week is simply to stay OP. That's it. I'll hit the treadmill and try to get some AP's but mostly, I need to dig deep and remember how to say no.
I can do it.
