Remember that stress that I was feeling the other day? Actually, it was a month ago. Wow
Well, it seems to be catching up with me. I'm experiencing some physical manifestations from said stress. Don't know WHY I'm so stressed really...I've been through worse. But whatever it is? It's caught up.
And so, for a while, I'm going to try to scale back. Do less. Laugh more. Stop worrying. Get some extra sleep?
Maybe I'll read a book or two.
And give my kids lots of hugs.
This will pass and I'll be back full force. Blogging and getting healthy.
But for now, I'm gonna relax.
