I wanted to check in and let you know how I'm doing. Day 2 and I'm still going strong. A couple weeks ago, I flaked out on day 4, so I'm half way there right now. I have two birthday cakes to make this week...and company coming. Those will be my challenges.
I should be making supper, but I have no idea what I'm going to make. I suppose I'll just go with my standby chicken breasts, rice and veggies. Easy, low points and usually everyone eats it. So I guess it's chicken tonight.
Okay, enough procrastinating...time to get supper going.
