Day 3 in my quest to earn 28 AP's in one week. This is actually what WW's suggests you do for "weight maintenance and good health". For me, at this weight, earning 4 AP's means 62 minutes of walking between 3-5 mph on the treadmill or 25 minutes of running. Yesterday, I ran for 15 minutes, walked for 15 minutes and did 15 minutes of Pilate's.
Just finished 62 minutes on the treadmill. Day 3 - check.
Holy cow. WOW. I'm so impressed.
ReplyDeleteAnd I was awake in the night doubting that I'll get in 5 APs this week (my excuse is that we'll be away for the weekend, and so 4 days won't count). I only have 2 days to get those 5 APs in. Maybe I need a treadmill! :o)
