I had a very busy day yesterday. I had a lot to do and didn't sit down for more than a couple minutes all day. Then I was up until about 2am. It was a long day that 80 lbs ago, I may not have been able to handle without being a total wreck the next day. Today...after a slight sleep in (I'll exercise later) I feel just fine.
I still have a ways to go, but I don't want to be slowed down by my weight and poor food choices.
There is nothing permanent except change.
