You mean, exercise makes you feel good??? No way!

It does. Really. That and eating only what your body needs.

Amazingly enough, I feel really great today after earning 5 AP's yesterday and staying within my points allowance for the day.

Go figure.


Now, to just remember that in my weak moments.

It'll come. I hope. Eventually.
